Generally, Filipino foods are known to have their popular names like lumpia, bulalo, sisig, adobo and more. But since there are so many islands here in the Philippines, these delicious foods are also very unique in taste and in flavors when it comes from where it is originally cooked and when it is diversified. I mean, lumpia alone has so many versions. The same thing as sisig, sisig from Pampanga (original) is different compared to a sisig from Manila. Kare kare from Oriental Mindoro is made up of purely banana flower (puso ng saging) which is finely chopped, cooked in blood (pig), seasoned with onions and more seasonings. But the Kare kare from Manila is absolutely very different. And that's how cool and delicious Filipino dishes are. Even though I am not good when it comes to cooking, but I really know how to appreciate Filipino foods and other dishes. Now have some time to read and check out the top 10 foods in the Philippine below. Cheers!
